What are my delivery options?

Our aim is to ensure that all of our postage and packing charges are as competitive as possible. Please see below our standard delivery charges for all web orders:

• Ground (orders OVER $75) - Free (3-5 business days)
• Ground (orders UNDER $75) - $5.95 (3-5 business days)

How long do I have to wait for my shoes to arrive?

Upon receiving your online order, we conduct a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed, and at this point, your card will be debited. Your order will then be dispatched.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise noted; however, due to high order volumes during holidays, order processing may take up to 4 business days. We aim to dispatch all items ordered before 9:00am on the same day.
